Here’s how to correctly measure a box. First, measure the long side for length. Next, turn the box 90 degrees and measure the shorter side for the width. Lastly, with the flaps closed, measure the depth (also called height). Scan the code for an in-depth demonstration and to learn about dimensional weight used by carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
